So after proving the process by helping the companies I worked for increase market share and make a lot of money I decided to create Basepay.org in 2013. Then we all lived happily ever after right, but not so fast. Knowing how to perform & present the process and knowing how to explain the process in a way that anyone could understand was a problem that my 16 years of industry experience, college education, industry memberships, top 25 Linkedin ranking in 2016, along with sales & marketing awards could not crack in the beginning which is why basepay.org began as a personal concierge firm. After marketing it this way with no success I realized that I was pushing only one part of the process when businesses wanted and needed the whole process. So we pivoted and now we are able to help business clients stop missing opportunities to maximize their customers interactions with their marketing, shopping, & customer relations experiences as their customer experience branding & management firm.

I created the process of Customer Experience Branding & Management during my years working as 1 of the top brand ambassadors and outside sales executives for small businesses & fortune 500 companies competing against other sales executives nationwide. So I had cracked the code on how to take the same product or service that everyone else was selling and come out as the one people wanted to buy from & spend the most money with. Now being #1 didn't always mean that I had the most customers, but it always meant that I brought in the most money because of the value I created because of customer experience branding & management process.
